The hotel's location was superb. It was just across the train station, and there were many eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was delectable, with an awesome ochazuke dish. the rooms were capacious and had complimentary Nespresso pods for coffee lovers.
The AC system was a bit confusing, and the carpet leading to our room on the eighth floor was old. There were also some issues with the bedside light fixture.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from the train station, which made it easy for us to get around. the breakfast was delicious with many different options to choose from, which was great because we like variety. Another bonus was the spacious room that we had which comfortably accommodated three people.
Although the room was big and comfortable, it seemed a little outdated and could use some renovation. the air-conditioning system was centrally controlled, so the switch in the room was for the heater only, which made it hard for us to regulate the temperature to our liking.

It offers easy access to different restaurants and cafes in the area. the room size is perfect for a couple or a small family, and you can also enjoy a nice breakfast buffet with various choices. the service is exceptional, and the staff is always ready to help.
The facilities are outdated and in need of renovation.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the surprise of an English language newspaper delivered to your door in the early morning. The location right by the Tokushima station is incredibly convenient for travelers needing to catch trains.
All was satisfactory during our stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the train station and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with great amenities such as a Nespresso machine and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a good selection of dishes. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
